Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product directly back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@try-lunora.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
